By downloading, installing, or using the Stuck app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Stuck is an iOS application that delivers a daily quote to your device. Quotes are fetched from our servers and can be saved locally on your device. The App also provides a home screen widget and sharing functionality.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Stuck and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Quotes displayed in the App are attributed to their respective authors where known.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or website.
