Stuck is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal data. This policy explains how the App works and what minimal data is involved.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone number)
• No account or login credentials
• No location data
• No analytics or usage tracking
• No advertising identifiers

Network Requests

The App makes network requests to our API server (api.getstuck.app) to fetch the daily quote. These requests contain only the standard HTTP headers sent by your device (such as IP address and user agent). We do not log or store this information beyond what is necessary for delivering the quote.

Local Data Storage

When you save a quote, it is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. If you delete the App, all locally saved data is removed.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since we do not collect personal data from any user, the App is safe for all ages.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
